Hologic Selenia 2009

Our state of the art digital mammogram is a Hologic Selenia 2009. Comparative studies with other units shows that it delivers less radiation to the patient and faster image acquisition. The Hologic Selenia uses direct technology with an amorphous selenium detector to directly convert x-rays into an image for the radiologist to view. This technology improves the sharpness of the images by completely eliminating the image-degrading
effects of light diffusion which results from indirect technology.

Hologic Delphi

Our bone densitometer is a Hologic Delphi. This machine is used to measure a patient's bone density.

The Voluson 730 Pro Ultrasound is used for all 3D/4D ultrasonography procedures.
